Campus View Apartments

One of the single worst experiences I've ever experienced with an apartment complex. Never completed work orders. No clear communication with tenants. Have not had a working kitchen, and our apartment was not move in ready. Owner threatened eviction and stated no option for renewal of lease due to issues they had, but complex failed to notify, in ANY method at ANY time, of the displeasure they had of said issue until months into the lease. As you could figure this caused an inability to remedy a situation that we were completely unaware of. (Likely in retaliation of this review.) The appliances (not full size) and flooring are cheap. Virtually zero counter or storage space. Hot water infrequent, windows leaked water whenever it rained. Property manager VERY condescending. Would not recommend at all, better places for the money.

Was trying to get in touch with them two months back when we wanted to move. They dont bother picking the phone up! Went personally to speak to the manager and she was least interested in giving a tour. 0/10 Edit to the response: I went two months ago, not yesterday, please read my review carefully.

I have just moved in August 25th and I am very happy with everything so far. The renovations were pristine with new appliances. The inside of the building is also kept very clean and clearly taken care of. Any issues I have had were promptly taken care of and the management seems to sincerely care for its residents!! Great place to stay especially for the cost!
