These people only want your money.
Do not trust Cherry Hill properties.
Scamming people, the house very clean and in best condition possible on the move out date, but, the Cherry Hill management just eats up our deposit, claiming for cleaning the house , carpet and paint , now not only i wont get back the 250$ of security deposit, i need to pay them 475.80$!!. Avoid this management at all cost.

Do not trust sweet promises of these people!!
Promises 1. Repaint 2.Clean carpets 3. No bugs 4. Pet enzyme treatment 5. House available by Aug 2nd.
Delivered
1. No repaint 2.Holes and stains in the carpet 3. Intense Pet Odor and Weed smell as a bonus in one of the closets. 4. Roaches 5. More promises of getting things done by the end of the day and still don't have the house available.
The only thing they did or the previous tenant has done: Vacuum, clean looking kitchen (stove doesn't seem cleaned entirely), bathroom.
Still waiting for things to be done so that me and my wife can move in.
Since I have paid rent and signed the lease I don't have any option but to stay. When we initially approached and filled application and did not sign the lease for a week or so , they kept bugging us every day to sign the lease regardless of paying security deposit and reserving the apartment. These people only want your money and not provide any service nor deliver the promises!! Big mistake.
Do not trust Cherry Hill properties.
Update after moving out:
Scamming people, even though we were cleared of handing over the house very clean and in best condition possible on the move out date, the Cherry Hill management just eats up our deposit, claiming for cleaning the house and carpet, now not only i wont get back the 250$ of security deposit, i need to pay them 20$ more!!. Avoid this management at all cost. Park 25, Birchwood apartments are cheaper and wont scam people like these people
