Let me just say that Beth is an amazing manager and human. She truly cares about her occupants and goes above and beyond. I cant imagine living anywhere else. Ive been here for 3 leases and it has been a pleasure .

I came to visit a family member over the holidays my stay was for 8 days & upon arriving I was met by other tenants for the Grand Inquisition ....of why I was here, who I was here for, moving in or out,etc- now I hadn't even seen my family member yet! Very odd/rude. So upon entering I notice the many cameras and thought nothing of it -most places have them for security! Now this is a no smoking building and pets are allowed to visit for $300 a pet no matter how long you stay!! I later learn those security cameras they have someone to watch you all the time, literally. For me it was wonderful seeing my family and scary horrible being monitored I felt an asylum vibe!! Ask me how do I know my family member was getting calls everyday!! 8 days of wondering if I was moving in no just visiting, why my luggage, my esa dog, etc... the next time I want to be monitored so heavily & grilled like a burger I will be sure to be visiting del lofts. Otherwise I'm staying away from amityville horror lofts. The grounds are beautiful and ask art studio next door is awesome.
