        They dont seem to answer the phone and always feels a little unwelcoming in person. Also note, Im just talking about this branch. Other chase locations have generally been much friendly.

        Horrible customer service. Walked in this morning to the Valparaiso branch off Rt.30 and Thornapple. Noone else in lobby except for employees.. I had a simple 10 minute request that evidently was too hard for the teller and too troublesome for the floor manager to stop his conversation with another employee, to handle. I was told "sorry, he's too busy". I've been a Chase customer for decades now but will surely be looking to switch banks.
