This is no longer a full service bank. Half of the time it is impossiable to make a cash deposit. The atm spits your cash back out saying it cannot read it. If i go to Spring street or Lewis and Clark I have no problem. Customer Service has went down hill in the last couple of years so much so I am thinking of going else where.

Still has an ATM... and the ATM is terrible. NEVERRRR accepts cash deposits. Always spits the cash back out at you, and you're lucky if you catch it all at once!
Extremely frustrating since there aren't any Chase banks close around the area.
SO- if you need to make a cash deposit, you're better off driving to Clarksville... because sometimes even the Sellersburg branch ATM does this too.

Sonya was and continues to be absolutley amazing. This is why I have been with chase and will continue to do so for a very long time.

I have some sit down and talk to a banker business to do but I realized I dont want to go in there and sit in the middle of a big lobby and do it...I have always been happy with Chase bank...but I do not like the new open floor plan and no tellers. It feels more like you are doing your banking in a diner and yes with everyone else hearing and seeing your business. There is no privacy. Also there is basically just an ATM machine inside.. no tellers. They do have some one to help you use the machine if needed. I really dont like it. I know a lot of fast food places and I guess banks are going to the kiosk thing but especially for a bank I think it is wrong. We would like a choice of ATM machine or teller. I feel badly but I will be looking either for another branch or a new bank. Can you tell I am a loyal customer...
