We've had a complicated situation that was made much worse by Julie at this bank taking instructions to withhold information about and access to a substantial trust account from someone who is not even legally allowed to access the account in question in the first place. They are flat refusing to allow the legal account representative to transfer the money out to a bank that actually secures their accounts, doesn't let unauthorized people with zero legal paperwork supporting their claim to write checks on an account, much less GIVE THEM THE CHECKS, and refuses the legally entitled people access. This will end up costing us thousands of dollars to get someone out there only to be told they can't access the account anyways, despite their being the only one legally allowed to do so, and an FDIC complaint has already been filed. They do not follow legal procedures and refuse to accept court documents when given, and allow people access to accounts that should not have access while they refuse that access to the legally entitled parties and lie about it. They also lied about safety deposit boxes existing that we knew did until they wanted rent paid on it. Avoid this place at all costs, you may end up having to sue them as we are preparing to, just to get access to your own accounts because someone without ANY legal right or paperwork came in and took it over and this bank just allowed it. This bank should not be in business, since they don't follow laws and grant access to your account to unauthorized parties! Banking here is taking your chances that your money will even be there the next day, since they just give anyone access to an account whenever they want to without any regard for the law or court orders.
