        The employees are great. Service is terribly slow the majority of the time. Doesnt matter if you walk in or drive through. Last few times Ive had to leave because its taking so long or Im waiting at least 15 mins. Wish they had phone check deposits and an atm at the south haven branch. They offer an atm at a different credit union, but weird they dont have one at their own branch. Major inconvenience

        Wanted to open a savings account. When in yesterday the lady at the counter was very rude. I'm not pleasant at all. She said I would have to wait for all the people that were standing behind me to do other transactions and then she could help me. There were ten people behind me wasn't gonna wait that long. They lost getting my account. Went to u s federal credit union the next day piece of cake. Very friendly and helpful. Apparently they wanted my business and regional didnt

      Ms. Eggers, we apologize for the wait time you have received the last couple of times you visited REGIONAL. We try our best to help each member to the fullest extent possible, which sometimes lengthens the wait times. I will be passing this on to our branches. We also offer a free mobile deposit product for our members to use.
