        Chance was a pleasure to deal with. I was in and out of the location in a timely manner and I received very professional and personable service. I also observed chance treating other customers and employees with respect which made me even more confident that I would be taken care of. The return process was also simple and smooth. Ive never been a fan of the rental car process, but dealing with professional people and friendly people always makes it that much easier.

        Surprised with extra charges and they cant do anything about it cuz they ALREADY closed the bill!!! And very unprofessional.. They tell you different amount over the phone and then hit you with different amount you have to pay unhappy with bad service!!! And they told me they have driver to drop me off back to my place and when asked to be dropped they said they have no driver to take me back to my place very very bad service and lies over the phone !!! Never going rent ever again from this location.!!!
