        Can't do ANYTHING with this company. Tried calling the 1-800 to modify my rental, they couldn't do anything so they told me to call local. Local can't do anything, so they told me to call 1-800. Can't change your credit card on file, only local can do that. Local said you have to go through 1-800. Can't switch drop off locations even though it's still in town. Can't change your payment information online - keeps charging my old card that I want to update. The most "we can't do that" company I've ever done business with. What a joke.

        I had very bad experience with hertz. Please never book rental car from this facility. I got confirmation that my car is booked. But while picking up the car from this facility I found that they dont have any car in their inventory and cannot provide car for next few days. Never trust them.
