Im thankful for Sundeeps (hope I spelled his name right) was so kind & accommodating. I was having a stressful time since my flight canceled due to the weather. So I need a car last minute to drive to STL & catch another flight the next day. My only complaint is the truck light was on for oil change and needed a little cleaning. Other than that Im thankful for the last minute accommodation and the other rentals were out of cars.

Avis was able to accommodate me on short notice when other rental companies failed me. Kudos for that!! However, any renter needs to make sure you check the car for damage before leaving the parking lot. Twice my cars were damaged. The first they tried to blame me when the agent took pics of it before I left with it. Never updated my contract with that information. The second time I had to update my own contract with the national agent at the 800 number. They are short staffed at the Bloomington Airport and several details are not observed in leu of getting cars in and out faster. I tried to call them several times from the parking lot when I saw the damage, and no one answered the phone. I had to call the national number, explain my issue and get a confirmation # for the damage report.
