        Interesting experience: arrived in Hawaii expecting a sedan and was offered convertible instead -- couldn't refuse. Later in day the FOB died, so went back to get battery replaced. While replacing it, the team broke the key, and my stuff was locked in the car! No worries: they gave me a new car, and later got my stuff out for me to pick up next day. Thank you to the team for taking good care of me.

        Jericho at front desk was great. Booked a "managers special" on expedia. Although I couldn't upgrade to a jeep because I'm under 25 :( I got a kia Forte which was pretty nice and had 20k+ miles. Was clean and ran smoothe. Great on gas. Would recommend 8/10. Easy and simple and quick service

        The staff at the kiosk were very friendly and the pricing was affordable. Unfortunately, while I did pre-pay and make reservations weeks in advance, they did not have the vehicle I had reserved available. The substitute was subpar, but they did accommodate us by switching the substitute vehicle out for something a little more roomy.
