        After a long flight to Maui from Saskatoon you want the car rental process to be seamless. It was so easy with Alamo. Then returning the car was also great. Mark was my return inspector and he was super professional and efficient. Overall just fantastic.

        Normally when I rent from Alamo I have a great experience. This time however there were a few things that were not up to the Alamo standard. The car we chose was a Buick Encore and worked great for our needs. When we left the Alamo lot the car had a perfume smell. When we parked it in the sun that perfume smell turned to cigarette smoke smell. Some inconsiderate person had smoked in the car. The key fob quit working and we had to replace the battery. We started getting a warning that the car needed an oil change. I know they are small things but I expect more when I rent a car.

        Quick and efficient pick up and drop off. Clean and ready to go vehicle. We had a check engine light come on our rental half way through our trip. One quick call and we were back on the road with a new car. Will rent from Alamo on our next trip for sure!
