Alamo Rent A Car

The staff is not really here to help you. The company policy and staff should ask you to take photos or take a video of the car including body molding near the frame.

Service is great, we gave rented Nissan sedan and a Jeep Wrangler and the both the keys just quit on us. We are staying in Kaanapali Maui and we had to drive to the airport and exchange our Nissan for The Wrangler and 2 days later we had the same problem. We don't know what to say. The keys just didn't connect or something like that. Keep in mind service is great from what we experienced.

Beyond thankful for the free shuttle ride from the airport. They also helped us ride back to the hotel for a credit card. The staff is so friendly and fun and it's an easy process to rent the car. The car is amazing and drives so smooth. Recommend booking it through Costco for cheaper prices.

This place is amazing! Shaun was extremely helpful when we had to return our car early. Super friendly- will definitely go through them again!

Very good service. One of the ladies gave us a ride back to the hotel after we returned our car. That was a very pleasant surprise. This was my fifth rental from Alamo in Hawaii and all in all it has proven to be a very good car rental company.
