Crest at Midtown Apartments

I discovered the place walking around in the city looking for an apartment in Midtown. Bruce welcomed me very nicely, proposing a tour & showing me the display apartment. Bruce was extremely welcoming, and managed to reassure me regarding my situation (no SSN at that time, just moved from another country). They accepted all my paperwork which was quite unusual, I really thank them for this. My apartment is clean, Bruce said the few things to repair were going to be fixed by my moving date. Also, the rooftop view & the amenities are definitely big pros! Now, let's see how the year will be going, but I'm very excited!

I lived at this apartment complex for about a year and a half. I would highly recommend that if you are looking for somewhere to live that you avoid this place like the plague. This complex is one of the most unsafe, filthy, and uninhabitable apartments I have ever lived in. If I could give it less than one star, I would. The management is completely unreasonable, uncooperative, and unhelpful. Ms. Fitzgerald (the property manager) is useless when it comes to resolving any issues. Namely, approximately 10 months after moving in, a new tenant moved in above us who would have obnoxiously loud sex that could be heard through the floor, would keep their dogs on the porch for hours every night allowing them to bark and wake up half of the building, and seemingly intentionally stomp around the their apartment. I brought this to managements attention at least 10 times, along with providing numerous videos and audio recordings. Each time management would respond with something to the effect of "we talk to your neighbor and they denied allegations" or "we provided your neighbor with a warning". Management will claim that they have a "Community first" policy and that they do everything in their power to ensure a quiet and safe property for their residents; however when issues arise, and they are provided video and audio evidence of the issue, they will do absolutely nothing. If you want to enjoy where you live or even to be able to sleep where you live... Please do not live here.

Wow we had an amazing experience and my sister now has her first place of her own since moving to Georgia. A big thank you to Joshua for helping her with everything and for being so determined to make it happen!
