Everything is great except for the GYM. There is a personal trainer that works with his clients in the gym M,W,F and SU, and if you try to work out while hes there just forget about it.

I have had an excellent experience so far! The staff are very friendly, and all maintenance issues were solved same day. I really cannot recommend this place enough!

Living at this complex is very frustrating. Beyond having an expensive yet incredibly outdated apartment we have had several other issues with this place. 1. Our Backyard was a muddy, swampy, mess for half a year. 2. Management tried to double charge us rent when we tried to move to another apartment in the the complex despite only having access to one apartment. 3. We were charged a storage fee without actually giving us a storage unit. I called twice about this to correct it. 4. Trash gets picked up 2-3 hours late or never at all.

Im only reviewing for the BEAUTIFUL coffee shop area. One of the best in Atlanta. (One suggestion - get your own coffee and food, and enjoy it by the river, fireplace, lawn, etc). Great place to work from as well!
