This Appartment complex has the worst sublease options compared to other landloard. They charge you full month rent for each sublease. It is unfair in my opinion as landloard has no damage due to this procedure other than few paperwork expenses.
I am completely fine as far as they charge the office expenses to cover the cost to screen these new tenants. But not the full rent.
I consider this as an unfair rental practise.

Recently toured the complex with Elizabeth and it was beautiful. She showed me all the cool amenities that the complex has to offer. She was super friendly and I will definitely look into leasing at this location.

Recently toured with Elizabeth and she was phenomenal. She showed me all the cool things this campus had to offer. Definitely leasing at this location.

Originally I came to tour the place in January and my tour guide, Elizabeth, did an amazing job! But I was still looking around to see other places and if it may fit my needs. Here it is March and no one was able to come close to what CCB had to offer, so I figured let me submit my application for an individual unit.
To my misfortune someone had secured the unit I wanted and I thought Id have to settle for one of the roommate styled units. About two-three days later I received a phone call from the Manager informing me the person applying changed their mind and if I were able to submit my documents then the place was all MINE! literally cried happy tears!!
Thank you so much CCB Staff, and Juan for working with me these last few months to ensure I got what I wanted! I cant wait to move into my new home this summer!!!
