worst place to live. had mold in the shower when i first arrived and i was told to ask my roommates if i could use theirs until they got around to fixing mine. our washer and dryer never works and our power goes out at least once a month. they will charge you for every little thing. 0/10 would not recommend

Worst place to live!!! DO NOT RENEW OR SIGN a lease here!!! For one, Ive been complaining about noise from upstairs for 3 MONTHS and there has been no resolution and now they want me to pay a $450 transfer fee for peace of mind which is CRAZY even after Ive been promised my fee will be waived. Since my first day, Ive had issues because the unit I was suppose to go in, which was a 2x2 was given to someone else and I had to take what was left. When I moved in there was TRASH ALL in my kitchen and bugs in my unit after I was promised that my unit was cleaned. The front office managers are NEVER around, either on vacation or out of town or in a meeting. There were dead bugs all in the walls and kitchen area and I had to literally stay on top of pest control for a month and a half. Then, it took me 2 months to get my TV services due to no one knowing the account numbers to program my cable box and I still had to include cable in my rent. The worst decision you could make is giving this place a chance its filthy, staff constantly changes and theres always a fire alarm going off. Im seeking legal advice to break my renewal due to them not letting me cancel since Ive already signed it. You should always be able to cancel a renewal since you havent started that new lease, so thats a MAJOR RED FLAG!

ANY GOOD REVIEWS ARE FALSE.... THEY ASK RESIDENTS TO LEAVE THOSE BEFORE THEY HAVE PROBLEMS.... HERE IS THE TRUTH ABOUT WESTMAR...Worst place I ever lived... train goes by every 30 min... poor ventilation... charged me for upgrades that were never completed for 3 months... then they switched me from one room to a worst room that was never cleaned directly next to the train... building shakes and study or sleep is near impossible...
