They say they have high speed internet on their website, but this isn't true. You will have high speed internet for the first month of moving in, but then they will change to a cheaper internet plan. I've noticed my internet speeds have decreased a lot after the first month of living here.

Roach infested throughout building. Poor management and parking garage rulse chwnge without email or notice resulting in residents/ guests gwtting booted for $75 a day.. trash place. Do not move here, you wil regret it.

Don't believe these fake reviews they are getting kids to write. Probably encouraging a positive review to get a discount because this place is god awful. Management is rude as ever! Continuously I have been met with extremely rude and awful customer service. Now they are over charging with renewal as if I would even think about living in this place for another year. I think the biggest thing is their egos because they know students are in need of places to stay, either way it's disgusting and awful. Not only the attitude but the facility in general is TRASH!! Parents and Students stray away from this god awful place!!!!

I lived in this apartment for 3 weeks when I knew I regretted signing a lease. I recommend NOT living here and not signing a lease for this complex. The rent is $1000k+ and NOT worth it. This is truly like living in a prison. The photos and videos designed to lure COLLEGE STUDENTS into living here is beyond false pretense for what you get. My unit was not cleaned when I moved in. Like dust and dirt in the entire room. The facility is NOT organized. Every inch of the facility is DIRTY. The facility has BUGS and what I believe are ticks also. The actual rooms are designed poorly. The parking situation is the worst thing I’ve ever experienced. You can’t have guest unless you register them and make them do all these hoops to get a parking pass and pay for parking ONLY To still have the booting company they partner with BOOT your car. Who boots their own tenants and their guest? I’m paying a $1000+ to have my guest car booted because the boot company and the apartment literally aren’t on the same page? There’s also no option for if you want to bring your own furniture and for them to takes their’s and store it somewhere. I wish I could have my lease eliminated. I will also be filing a BBB (better business bureau) complain as well because this property is truly scamming college students and not providing the type of loft living experience they portray. As a grad student who was excited to live here, it was 3 weeks later when I truly was disgusted that this place is taking not only my money but the money of other hard working college student Adults! Do not recommend. 0/10.

0..... I think everyone who has experienced the lack thereof competency from Wesmar and has been forced to live in deplorable conditions in filthy roach infested units, poor communication, lack of work order fulfillment for months, leaking water, MOLD!!! HEALTH HAZARDS... broken beds, broken furniture, broken cabinets, sloppy work order repairs, paint splattered everywhere. Move in was a disaster, left with no room for my daughter or her friend for 2 days.. Left her roommate homeless, I had to house this young lady, Wesmqr employees didn't care that after waiting 8hrs of waiting for a solution after traveling from many miles away to be treated like trash. Each day it gets worse! Roaches in the fridge, dog feces in the hallways,By stairwells, urine infested halls, broken elevators IF EVERYONE THAT HAS EXPERIENCED & AGREED WITH THESE POOR REVIEWS, YOU ALL SHOULD COME TOGETHER & START A CLASSACTION LAWSUIT AGAINST WESMAR FOR LEASE BREAKAGES & FALSE ADVERTISING! MY DAUGHTER LIVES HERE CURRENTLY, AND SHE IS TAKING A STAND AGAINST THIS AWFUL FACILITY SHE FILED A CLAIMS FOR EARLY LEASE TERMINATION & PARTIAL FEE REIMBURSEMENTS.
