    first of all, the location of this building is great and very convenient. upon moving in, it looked very nice and everything was kept. not soon after the hallways began to become littered with trash, mud, dog pee and poop, along with the elevators. most of the residents are lazy and could not bother to put the weights in the correct place in the gym. the gym itself WAS great. however, multiple machines are broken and/or never worked to begin with. currently, there are two treadmills not working, the row machine, a stair master, and a leg press machine. they seldom refill the wipes that are supposed to be provided to wipe down the equipment before and after use. Id like to give a special mention to the faulty elevators. i have lived here since august and i cannot remember a time in which all four elevators worked for more than a couple days. not only that, but i have been stuck in an elevator for over an hour. staff was obscenely negligent. when the elevator technician came he had asked me and the other girl who were in the elevator how long wed been there. we said over and hour and he claimed he only got the call 15 minutes ago despite the fact both of us had been calling the lobby, used the emergency button in the elevator, etc. furthermore, there have been armed robberies that have been unmentioned. absolutely zero email or any effort to communicate what occurred and whats going to proceed the robbery took place. on more than one occasion i have not been able to find my package and ultimately just never received it. its to my knowledge that staff is supposed to organize the mail room yet there are dozens of boxes and packages sitting idle in there. i cannot say how disappointed i am in this building. it is abhorrently overpriced. for a brand new building and the rates residents are paying you would assume that cleanliness, security, maintenance, and more would be 10x better.

    Update: 3/9/24 DONT MOVE HERE DONE MOVE HERE!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY THE 1 STAR REVIEWS ARE FROM PEOPLE WHO DONT EVEN LIVE THERE ITS DIRTY JUST GROSS!!! Save your Im no longer at the property I moved out in December, but I am still currently trying to get in touch with someone about my current balance and about other issues as well. No one has contacted me since January 5. Theyve been ignoring me this entire time Ive just been trying to get my money back. Also, they had someone coming into their building and still all of the packages out of the building because they have no security. . What they call security that they hired Dont do anything but sit there talk to the other security guard and be on their phone. Their cameras dont even work so if something were to happen to your child if they go there parents No one would know what happened. I had an incident last year and I asked him can they look on the cameras to see what happened and they told me that the cameras did not work. The security guards are extremely lazy. They say that you have to email them to schedule a No one would know what happened. After that I can admit the place was pretty nice but you can definitely see that the leasing office are just full of students who dont know what theyre doing and who honestly dont care to be there theyre just there because they get discounts on their living spaces and their friends are there. They actually dont do anything to genuinely help you . The nicest thing Ive ever got was a heater for my unit because the floors from floor eight to floor 14 when it was 20 outside I couldnt turn my heater past 72 that was the only thing the Spanish manager allowed me to have which was nice but after that I never heard from her she said that she was going to help me with other resources and I just feel like those people themselves. And it is really affecting the community. This place was just built and now it is a dump. Im so glad I got out when I did. They add on extra hidden fees. Ive been trying to talk to someone about the excessive late fees theyve placed on my resident account because I missed my utilities payment when I was moving out and I feel like it shouldnt be a late fee for every single payment, if its all within the same months, they charge me at least $25 late fee for each single separated thing which was absurd instead of it being 500 and something dollars it is nearly 800 they are wanting me to pay because it was an inconvenience for them to pay. Which they never even told me they were doing that. I contacted the utility place myself and never heard back so no one told them to do that for one. Secondly, it is an inconvenience to deal with the nonsense that this place has going on thats what the real inconveniences asking college students for all of this money, but you cant even give them free parking when theyre literally paying all this money out of their pocket and you dont even have enough parking for all of those students theyre overcrowded. They are just money hungry like the man who built the building I met him once he seemed like a nice guy, but this is honestly just a money scam throughout this whole complex do not move here !!!!!!! Unless you want your money taken !!!!!!! The janitors are very slick out the mouth theyve made, especially the little skinny Bald one has made Inappropriate remarks to me, in a joking manner! This place is a joke!
