Easy signing process. Agents are knowledgeable and answered questions promptly. Building was not finished upon move-in, took a couple months to feel like the building was done, elevators break frequently and amenities as well, overall it was a good apartment but more care can be put into the building, this was the first year of it being open and things deteriorated quickly

They have lost three…f*ucking THREE of my packages in their mail room with no explanation or assistance. They do not have a single employee organizing the back room as was told by management: “we are never back here, we have the carriers sort the packages and they often don’t.” Completely unacceptable and frankly criminal levels of incompetence and laziness from both management & staff. Be better.

So far the experience signing the contract has been great. Even though I when in person to office and asked question I was able to the rest over the phone or online. I can't say anything about the management and how it will be living there since it hasn't been built at the time of this review. But so far The Mark team is doing a great ! Updated experience: To be fair they are always trying to improve. But leaving that place have never made me happier. You are paying top dollar to be in midtown but the rooms are tiny and very uncomfortable. To the point that the door to bathroom hits the study desk whenever I opened it. In addition move out fees are ridiculous. They will try to squeeze money out of you however they can. There is a charge for forgetting to take out the linen from the dryer, even the mirror if you didn't clean them they will charge you. Their automated system for mail is joke, packages were not sorted most of the time. I will sometimes needed to search everywhere just to find one package. Also, I don't why and being honest they have tried to fix it but they have faulty elevators, they did not work most of the time, I am talking about 10+ times per semester. In conclusion there are just better options out there. If you don't have money to spare I would not recommend living here.

Why the Mark is not worth its price: - The power went out several times when no storms were occurring, which interrupted my internship work, as well as other residents' online classes. - One day, I walked up and down 10 flights of stairs several times to leave the building due to a fire alarm that kept going off in the middle of the work day. They stopped the elevators, and didn't tell us what was happening. After the 7th time, I finally called the front desk and asked if I should be worried/keep evacuating, and they said "I think you should be fine." - The apartment was not cleaned after the last resident before my roommate and I moved in. - You have to pay to even set up the portal to pay your utilities. - The elevators often didn't work. - One of the amenities that I assume we pay for is the giant screen projector on the pool deck. It was only on when potential residents were touring the apartment, aside from one time it was playing a soccer game. Keep in mind, the Atlanta Hawks were in the NBA semis and Finals for weeks and they never once put that on. It was for show. - It's generally very overpriced.
