The Mill at Westside

I have lived here for several months and residents are VERY loud in the garage as well as on their balcony. There are very obviously airbnbs in many units. If you look at the app you will see at least 9. People that do not live here have access to our package room and mail room? These airbnbs need to be shut down.

Do not move here. The office staff is rude and short tempered. They will take forever to make repairs despite multiple requests. There have been many car break-ins since I’ve lived here. Packages get stolen from the mail room. It’s not worth what you’ll be asked to pay.

I’ve been living here for months and I absolutely love it here! Management is great, neighbors are friendly. Never had any missing packages. It seems most of the negative reviews were from a while ago. I love my place.

Avoid. We were supposed to move out on March 31 and stopped by the apartment to hand over our keys and get the rest of our stuff. To our surprise the door to our apartment was unlocked and all our things gone. We went to speak to management and apparently the maintenance person “assumed” we had already moved out, entered our apartment and trashed our stuff while our lease was still active. No one ever called us to confirm if we were still living there, they just assumed. WH was amazing 3 years ago and the property went completely downhill with constant management changes. We had an out of control Airbnb below us that no one could do anything about. There are way better and newer options in the area.
