I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the incredible assistance provided by Noe and Juan throughout my application and move-in process. Their dedication, professionalism, and unwavering support truly exceeded my expectationstruly!! From start to finish, they were there every step of the way, ensuring a seamless experience. Their genuine care and attention to detail made me feel valued as Camden Fourth Wards newest tenant. I am deeply appreciative of their hard work and outstanding service. Reason for the rating is simple, I have extremely loud upstairs neighbors. I can hear them stomping and running through their apartment causing loud thuds and items in my apartment to vibrate and shake. If I complain, they simply get louder as if they are annoyed. Reached out to leasing office and they tried to help but the third time they sent me a new lease without explaining anything. As if they were annoyed. I apparently would have to pay half months rent to move to another apartment. Cant hear working from home. No piece of mind. My guests always catch on and mention the heavy foot neighbor upstairs. I have to tell them beforehand so I am not embarrassed when they get here. But Im more embarrassed when they mention it. Becoming a nightmare with no resolution in sight. Otherwise, great location, atmosphere, energy of the people. Office and maintenance is helpful. Fire alarms ring constantly in each building often keeping you up overnight. They cant be functioning properly which is concerning. Rent is too high to not have any piece of mind and very old amenities.

I've been here for more than three years and this place has gone downhill fast. Leasing office is open twice a week. Trash piles up in the breezeways. Facilities are ok but poorly maintained. Worst of all are the fire alarms. Every few months the fire alarm goes off in the building at 3am, sometimes several times in a night. Camden's response is to send out an email thanking us for our patience and then do precisely nothing. I don't know if they're understaffed or just don't care. Don't trust any review written before 2022. Edit: It's been 8 months since the original review and the fire alarm has gone off 3 times in the intervening months. This morning, immediately after getting an email saying Camden has finally "fixed" the system in building 1, the alarm started going off. At this point no one even leaves their apartment. I have no confidence that the alarm really works and if there really was a fire most residents would stay in their apartments and burn. The fact that this hasn't been fixed is astonishing. Camden does nothing except say that the system has been fixed every 6 months or so. It's the cheapest complex in the area by a hair and I guess Camden uses that as license to cut corners at every opportunity. Edit: It's been 2 months and the trend continues. The fire alarm is going off now. Hold up it just paused for a second Now it's back.

I recently found out I was transferring to Atlanta and having lived at Camden Fourth Ward prior I decided to reach out. Juan in the leasing office is amazing and made the leasing experience seamless. I look forward to calling Camden Fourth Ward home again.
