Element at Kirkwood

Yesterday my family and I arrived for our appointment and found Ken as the sole person managing the office. Despite being occupied on the phone, he greeted us, and after a moment, my husband informed him about our appointment. Despite his initial busyness, Ken was incredibly kind and efficiently handled everything in the office for us. As we explored the available units, he remained cool, informative, and highly professional, contributing to a positive first impression of the complex. Overall, the welcoming atmosphere and Ken's helpful demeanor make us consider this as a potential place to live. Thumbs up for the great experience, and the entire complex appears well-maintained and inviting.

I came in today and had an appointment and there was only one guy (Ken) running the office and he was on the phone and you could tell very busy. He acknowledged me and said hello and once he got a second, I told him I had an appointment. He was a little thrown off because of being busy but man he was so nice and took care of everything in the office for me. We then looked at units and he was super cool and informative and so professional and beyond nice. It was a cool way to look at how the place was run and that this will probably be where I am living. Thumbs up for the first impression and the whole complex looked very nice and accommodating. It's nice to have welcoming people in your office that make you feel at home. Thanks, and very cool.

This is A wonderful place to stay the property is really nice and they are pet friendly if you are a pet lover the management is wonderful. I will recommend this property if you are moving great location.

I feel so grateful to have found Element at Kirkwood. If you are here -thinking about if it should be your next home- I can say absolutely do it! The entire process from the tour to the application, to the price, was super easy and efficient. We had our keys within just a few days and there was even a little doggy welcome package waiting for us. We are a community here, and it is in such a perfect location. Thank you to Ken and his team at Element, we look forward to sticking around for a long while.
