I miss The Boulevard at Grant Park! Such a great office staff and maintenance is the best, they will take care of your every need!!! John, Christian, Camoni, and Chrissy are the best!!!! This new property on the beltline will not disappoint!!!!

Moving in with the guidance and help of the leasing agent, Christian, was a breeze. He answered my many questions and showed me numerous apartments without hesitation. Since I've moved he has continued to be of service to me and has continued to communicate efficiently. I love the building and neighborhood. Additionally, the facilities and amenities are perfect for the needs of most residents.

Awesome experience here so far. The staff is awesome - Dione was very helpful getting the lease sorted out. Staff is friendly, the place is clean and very nice.

I have been a resident here for over a year now. Using an alias to prevent retaliation. This property was okay when I first moved in because it was brand new but its gotten bad and its only going to get worse.

I Wanted to stay anonymous while posting this review because i am a current resident and i don't want to be subject to any form of retaliation however i have been living here at the boulevard at grant park for a while now and instead of certain things getting better, it's getting worse. I've seen employees and residents come and go. I'm very familiar with the laws of Fair Housing and Chrissy DeCarolis is NOT upholding that and it has become very Discriminatory when dealing with her and this property. I will be taking the time out to also reach out to Abi because matters like this should be taken very serious and hopefully more people that this has affected will now come forward. On a positive note thank you to Dione, Nahkel & John who have been a pleasure to work with during this difficult times.
