Citiside Properties is literally the worst property company I've ever rented through..The maintainence team half way do their jobs..One can call the number and never get a call back, no emails are returned. They do everything in their power to not return your security deposit although I kept the property in very great condition. Run far away from them.

I have been a renter with citiside properties for going on 12 years they are absolutely the best when it comes to taking care of any maintenance care the turn around time is fast. Everyone I have spoken to has always been respectful and professional I cant ask for a better property management to rent from quality quality quality is what I look for, and that is Citiside.

This is my second time renting with Citiside and Im constantly recommending them to people because of their customer service. They are kind, responsive, accommodating and professional. Needless to say, Im a happy tenant!
