        Darrica was fabulous, and even though we ultimately decided to go another way, I had the best experience interacting with her. She was super accommodating, and shared a lot of details with me about the flat, the community, and anything else she could. She made me feel at ease and excited to live in the community.

        This has been my best experience renting over the last 10 years. Working with the staff here has been a breeze. Shawn the manager gave us our tour, and walked us through the leasing process. Darrica went above and beyond to help us when we moved in and answered our many questions. Maintenance requests are promptly attended to, and always completed with care (shoutout Ron!). The location is great, with so much in walking distance. I like that this building is smaller than other apartment communities in the area. Things are a bit quieter here and the residents are friendly. I've felt very safe living here!

        Been a resident here for 3 years and I absolutely love it. Shawn is the Manager here and is always so friendly and prompt whenever an issue arises. The community is quiet and the neighbors are super friendly! The rooftop club lounge is a great place to relax and see some great views of the city! The maintenance staff is very quick and efficient and you can tell they really love what they do! The property is always clean and kept in a great condition, the gates are always working, I never have to question my safety here! The resident events are ALWAYS FUN, I really look forward to the events each month. If youre looking for a great place to call Home, look no further. I love it here and will be renewing for an additional year! Thanks Shawn and the 841 Team for all you do for us!
