The Life at Fairway Gardens

I am from out of town in Oklahoma City and I have seen better apartments that were older than this and in my experience coming to Atlanta,Georgia to these apartments was a bad experience is an understatement. My dad lived here, his apartment had mold throughout and roaches everywhere, because he was elderly and sick with COVID-19 he needed help. I don’t know if he asked for help, but what I saw was ridiculous. He died in his apartment due to breathing that moldy air. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone out of town or in town for that matter. FYI: Make sure look inside and out if you do come live here.

They going up on rent $200 and they can’t even tend to their residents this is outrageous and unacceptable !! Every time I call it’s always we are going to fix it and they don’t ! I made a urgent request and and regular maintenance request every other day in July and August concerning my ac and it’s still not fixed when I asked could they at least give me a fan or a portable ac unit I was told they don’t have any to give out this is unacceptable I pay my rent on every and I have to come home to a house that is 90 degrees I’m pretty sure you and your family have ac and you can go home from a long day of work and relax comfortably instead of being in a 90° house this situation has been going on since July it is now August I need to talk to somebody that they can do something about it and I need corporate number as well

Office hours are listed as 10-5 on Saturdays. At 3pm there was nobody in the office when I went to look at apartments. The "we'll be back" sign said 10 am.... if you don't want to work on Saturday's then just change the office hours. Super unprofessional.

Management Is full of empty promises and Shantelle has zoom meetings that never end somehow. Oh yeah good luck with maintenance. Theyre jus waiting on everyones lease to end to continue renovating.This is the life at Fairway Gardens.
