        Currently have a mold issue in my apartment at Columns at Hiram, Georgia that has yet to be resolved after notifying the office and maintenance manager about it for almost a year!!! Very unprofessional and negligent staff/company.

        Communication with this management is terrible. I was only trying to get answer to what I need to do to speak with someone while waiting on them on a tour THEY scheduled. I was approved for an apartment already. And no response or help.
