    I can safely leave a review as I'm almost finished moving out, and won't be subject to any further retaliation from the management team here. I've been a resident from October 22-23, and it's been the absolute worst experience of my entire life. I was without AC for 2 month this year (early May to end of July), and management practically turned the blind eye to the situation. I was informed that I needed to transfer (at my own expense) if I was looking to obtain AC again. After multiple attempts of reaching out to management, with no response, I called the corporate office. Once that contact was made my AC was repaired within the week AND I was given 1 month free, letting me know this has only been outstanding due to the staff simply not doing their job and thus admitting fault. As a form of retaliation, the management team sent me a "Notice of Non-Renewal", and they are forcing me out of my apartment. Prior to this, the assistant manager gave me an amazon gift card to "apologize for the troubling experience". This was simply to soften the blow of the notice I was about to receive shortly that day. Please ignore the 5 star reviews as these are left by people who don't actually live here, or have-not moved in yet. To add to this: Garage gates are ALWAYS broken Trash litters the garage, and hallways Mailroom is completely disorganized, and packages are strown across the garage floor. Elevators go down constantly. We recently experienced a week this summer where the property had no functioning elevator. This was probably due to the annual inspection being a year past due. 3/7 EV chargers work Maintenance/leasing have left my door unlocked numerous times after entry The leasing staff is a constant revolving door because of the toxic work environment and disorganization created by management. Pets use elevators, stairwells, or anywhere on the property as their own personal restroom Current management has MAJOR attitude, and will make you feel like the problem. Please, do yourself a favor, and look anywhere but here. The location is the only positive about this property.

    I moved into Anthem on Ashley earlier this month and I am thoroughly impressed. Gerald and Lea in the leasing office have been phenomenal. There's been a recent management change and I honestly hesitated about signing my lease based on a few recent reviews, but I'm so glad that I moved forward with moving in. The amenities, hallways, stairways, and parking garage and clean and safe. Some of the reviews I saw which caused my hesitation were blatantly false based on my experience. Maybe they had a different experience that I did or maybe the issues at hand have been fixed. I highly recommend Anthem on Ashley for anyone who may have the privilege to live here. Thank you, Gerald and Lea!!!

    Considered Anthem on Ashley because of the convenient location and many apts available. After speaking with a friend, I now know there are many reasons why so many units are available (many residents are leaving). It seems that this is a mamagement team who is either incapable of taking care of the building, or does not care about the residents who live there. Regardless, in a market where there are plenty of alternative options, I advise looking elsewhere.

    DO NOT LIVE HERE. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The management is completely incompetent, disrespectful, condescending, and unprofessional. They do not honor lease agreements and approach issues with accusations, a NASTY attitude, and raising their voices like children. Jerald is the worst of them all and needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY. On top of that, the entire building is falling apart--my ceiling caved in due to structural damage from the unit above me with no management urgency to repair it, my electric bill was well over $500 due to lack of routine maintenance to refill the Freon for my AC unit, BOTH of the elevators are out of service more often than they are working, and there might as well not be a parking gate because it's broken 99% of the time. The lack of care to tenant security is so nonexistent that there was even a HOMELESS MAN LIVING IN THE LOUNGE FOR 2 WEEKS. The worst part is that this is only the tip of the iceberg. Please save yourself the money, stress, and agony of living here--I wish I had.
