    I had a tour scheduled for 04/06 at 4pm. When I arrived, I walked in and the Caucasian male who sits near the door was very rude, didnt even give me his name, and upon meeting him youd think that he doesnt like anyone who has melanated skin. There was a sign behind him that states that discrimination is illegal and I wanted to tell him to turn around and read it. He was very rude and unprofessional. He tried to lie to me and tell me that I didnt have a tour scheduled. Even after I showed him the confirmation email with proof that I had a tour, you could tell that he knew that he was caught in his lie because he immediately started stuttering and turning red but he still remained extremely dismissive, nonchalant, and didnt care. He avoided giving eye contact and at some point he even walked away and went to the back as if he was refusing to show me the apartment or take me on a tour. There was another employee there by the name of Precious, and luckily she had enough professionalism to hear the encounter with him so she gladly showed us around. Its ridiculous that I had to go through so much back and forth, argumentative dialog just to be shown apartments that are mediocre, out of date, and needs renovations. Youd think that due to the location, that the property would be breathtaking. The property doesnt even look like anyone takes care of it. You can find way better apartments with better staff as well. Id stay far away from this property. Way to many red flags.

    Update 04/07/2024 So now I have noisy above neighbors, the stomp and run while walking, make my apartment tremble, they do it specially at night and during quiet times. Leasing office said I have two options, move to another apartment which involves I have to pay to move and not sure if it will be worse or get a lawyer and policia involved which implies me investing more time, insted of them solving the sotuation, which now inhave to do. They don't solve you issues, just care about the money. And if YOU ARE MY NEIGHBORS from above reading this, please buy some sandals and walk like a decent person, and don't run. Update 08/11/2023 They closed all the service request without solving any of those. Which has been opened for more than 3 months? Are they trying to look good because when I go to the portal they deleted it and just one out of 3 appears in the history service request Update 07/30/23 Still having requests open more than two months Btw dogs are NOT supposed to be in the pool, I love dogs but there are new people living here that don't respect the rules. Update 07/20/23 AC BROKE again but they fix it today. Other request with more than a month has not been attended. Btw dogs are NOT supposed to be in the pool, I love dogs but there are new people living here that don't respect the rules. Update 07/18/23 Finally AC is working, 3 persons had to come to fix it but it was better than the other persons from previous days. Lamp issue still present. Cockroaches disappear with a product I bought at amazon as pest control didn't work. Thanks to the lady that helped me out at leasing office. There was another person didn't do any follow ups and I had to repeat my story about broken AC everyday. Update 07/17/23 Thermostat guy came, replace it, told me air will be ok in a moment, he left, 10 minutes later instead of cooling it was heating the place, house went to 100 really fast, it felt like an over, this place is giving me a mental breakdown. Considering moving out, avoid this place. I had high hopes that this place will be better, totally loosing faith, I used to be a very proud where I live and always recommend it, now please avoid it for now or until it's better and safe, with these AC issues and hot weather place NOT SAFE at all. Btw don't waste your time calling everyone has their phone in silent mode. Today I called 21 TIMES and had to go two times. Picture attached. Update 07/14/23 Now AC thermostat is not working and it even turn to hot is summer! It is awful, there most be an entity to complain about this, it's getting dangerous. Lamp still hanging on the ceiling like the picture. Pest control came, but it didn't work, i bought something in amazing and it has been pretty good so far. They said that Monday 07/17/23 will fix the thermostat, it's awful and dangerous to live here. Btw if crane for ac units is not coming you can help with other service requests. This used to be a good place to live, new administration is taking so long to fix stuff. Like if you have enough money to recently buy ellington midtown and rename it to farrington midtown, you have the money to invest in more people to help to fix things and not just two persons. I've been waiting to fix my lamp a MONTH! And always same reply, to wait. The is even cockroaches that never used to be before. I give it two stars and not two, just because they did a GOOD event recently which was better than the old ones leasing team is very polite, not that helpful, even though budget it's not in their hands.

    I had a truly terrible experience with the leasing office today. As I arrived for my scheduled 12:30 pm tour, the leasing agent blatantly ignored me and let the door slam in my face after holding the door open for the two young ladies he was coming inside from a tour with, despite making direct eye contact with me. When he finally wrapped up his tour, he then addressed the next person who was waiting in the lobby before even acknowledging me. A simple "I'll be with you in one moment" would have sufficed. Once I was finally invited to have a seat at his desk, I waited for him to look up my name/tour information and couldn't help but notice he seemed incredibly antsy and jittery, concerningly jittery. Nonetheless, once he had my information pulled up, he then directed me to sit and wait for a different agent to give me a tour. Hesitant because it was now 15 minutes past my scheduled tour time, I took a seat and waited. I sat at this empty desk while the agent continued to sit at his desk clicking around on the computer. Managers coming from their offices walked straight past me without acknowledging me. After 5 minutes, I decided to get up and leave. This level of disrespect and disregard for my time was truly appalling. The lack of basic courtesy and professionalism displayed by the staff during my visit made it abundantly clear that this apartment complex is not worth considering as a potential place to live. I did look for the leasing agent's business card so that I could give him a special shout-out in this review, but there were none on his desk. If you're curious, it's the skinny white guy who sits at the desk closest to the front door.
