        Ive lived here for 3 years and love the team thats been here for the past year. Nick, the maintenance guy, is the best! He always comes promptly for any issue big or small. Everyone in the office is always helpful. I can walk to the train station for direct access to the airport, the mall, the gym, bars etc. love the Cyan!!

        The garage gate is broken at least 3 times a week and it is such an inconvenience to have to u turn and go through the back entrance. The back entrance is also broken 9/10 times so its not even a guaranteed entryway. Also there are always airbnbers lined up in their cars causing traffic in the narrow lane to enter/exit. Theres security but they just tell them to line up blocking one side, which makes it difficult still because theres traffic from both sides trying to exit/enter.

      Hi Galilah, thank you so much for bringing this to our attention. I can completely understand the frustration our narrow driveway comes with. Our staff will work together to monitor the traffic more frequently to keep things moving along a bit better. Both entry gates are currently operable. Sometimes, during inclement weather or when a vehicle strikes the gates, this can cause the gate to get off track. However, our team is available 24/7 to rectify this issue and always ensure that our residents and visitors are able to access the parking garage.
