This most roach and bug infested highest rental apartment complex that only look good on pictures you have to beg them to fix anything I had mold on my carpet in my disable son room for 2yrs i recent moved after staying in these apartment from 2017 till sept 2023 I had an voucher with housing so they was paid on time and still failed their inspection then they done changed management so many time with numerous of new faces with your information its ridiculous then one the manager so rude she act like god die and made her in charge just such a bad attitude they have numerous of vehicles stolen broken into including people apartments if you can find better please look for better those people arent right at all.

Landing Square is a great place to live at ,the staff is very much friendly and also helpful.Ms. Patricia meraz was very helpful when I had problems in my apartment and immediately took care of those issues quickly.

I really love the apartment complex. Its a great area very convenient. You have the mall across the street. You have the grocery stores furniture stores. Its just everything is in this area very clean and quiet The residents are quiet and mind their business. The people in the rent office are very nice and answer any questions you have. all for a while, a great neighborhood. I love my unit.

Prior to applying for an apartment at this complex, the communication was exceptional. Responses were prompt via text, and reaching someone on the phone was effortless. However, my experience took a turn after submitting the application. Despite my efforts, there was a complete lack of communication. My co-applicant never received the necessary email to complete their part of the application, resulting in wasted time and money. Despite multiple attempts to rectify the situation and obtain a refund since January, there has been no response or progress. Extremely disappointed with the lack of follow-through and unresolved issues. Update 3/228/24: I spoke with someone on March 13, 2024, who assured me they would investigate the matter. They requested a copy of my receipt and promised to reach out to me by March 22, 2024. However, I have not received any response. I attempted to contact the email address that was provided in response to my comment, but I still have not heard anything. I am uncertain about the status of a potential refund, but I am taking action by reaching out to other entities for assistance in recovering my funds. Despite all of my efforts, I have not received a satisfactory resolution. This situation is unacceptable, and I hope that the corporate office will take the appropriate steps to resolve these issues in the future.
