I hope the general comments about how gross this place is is enough to steer people away from this apartment complex. Nevertheless, the people in charge of managing this apartment complex should be ashamed of how they have handled comments and complaints regarding a suspicious man on their property for the past couple of weeks. My friend called the police multiple times, filed a police report, and has image-proof of the same man visiting her apartment - one time trying to attempt entry. My friend is safe now, thank GOD. But this apartment complex has chosen to threaten to sue her for breaking lease rather than respect her decision to take her safety and wellbeing in her own hands. It is the responsibility of the apartment management to ensure the safety of their residents. Sloan Square has no intentions of making their residents feel heard or respect their concerns. Would NEVER recommend this place - not even to my worst enemy.

My friend was placed in danger living here and the leasing office truly did not care. Her friends (myself included) and family have been WORRIED sick trying to ensure her safety. She was forced to relocate because her life is in danger. There is a man who is stalking her, lingering by her apartment building, tracking her vehicle, and even tried to enter on multiple occasions. The leasing office did absolutely nothing to help her and are insisting she continues her lease. LADIES, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE LIVING ALONE, DO NOT LIVE HERE. THE RISK IS NOT WORTH IT! YOU WILL NOT BE SAFE. See pictures for the man in question. Law enforcement has not located him. He is still out there. Please stay vigilant.

If you are a young female and are thinking about living here, DO NOT DO SO. I was put in a terrible situation where a RANDOM man from the street began stalking me and trying to get into my apartment at night WHILE I WAS IN IT. I told them to fix the lights outside multiple times and they never did. Not only did they fail to meet security standards, but when my circumstances deemed it necessary to move they have now not let me out of my lease despite being in serious danger. Truthfully, if it were not for my ring camera I would have been raped or dead right now, and they are still attempting to keep me locked in my lease while paying all funds. If management was as nice as Katrina(leasing office) this place would be a lot better.

I so love the fact that this displays such character of a joke. Company lied and stole my money. Beware. They are rude, abrasive and lack luster. Misguided emails and clear scammers.smiling snakes in The grass.
