Brookside Park Apartments

Though Im not a tenant, I was given an excellent tour by Sherrell! The unit was nice and got great lighting, had a really nice and spacious layout, and everything seemed good quality. Sherrell answered all of my questions and was extremely kind and accommodating! Considering the market right now, the rent (1B/1Ba) was reasonable and its a hidden gem. I would definitely set up a tour if youre apartment hunting.

Been living here 4 months & the Staff is very friendly and professional . Maintenance is helpful with repairs but you have to stay on the front office to make sure you dont get forgotten but they do get the job done. The grounds keeper Tommy is The reason I decided to review because we live in a very high foot traffic area and its a pretty small complex so theres lots of lil bad kids throwing trash in the breezeways or on the steps/playground but when I say he KEEPS our homes looking clean and beautiful . I NEVER feel embarrassed about having guests come to our neighborhood seeing lots of trash by the trash area like most neighborhoods in the city . So shout out to Him because hes usually up early morning doing an amazing job keeping up the entire property . The thing I love most is the gate ALWAYS works and its hard for people to sneak into the property. Ive even seen someones tail light get busted trying to get in the gate . Its nothing to play with lol I havent heard of any car/home break ins and I sometimes see a security guard at the gate late night. Overall satisfied and all my family & friends love my new place UPDATE** When I first moved in during the walk thru of the unit there were roaches in the apartment and they stated they would have pest control come spray my unit. They sprayed it twice (before I moved my furniture in) and I never saw a roach again . I keep my place clean and I saw the reviews of roaches so I got the ortho Ant powder and Roaches have NEVER come to my apartment again . But I have seen the inside of some of my other neighbors unit when they leave the door standing open and I can see why some people cant avoid having roaches because some ppl are just nasty . Thats the risk of living in apartments anywhere

I am aNew resident and the move in process was flawless. From application to keys handed over took less than 10. Office staff is friendly and professional. Apartment is roomy and a big upgrade in size from where I moved from.

I came in & toured with Keaira & she was quite helpful & informative regarding the unit, pricing & amenities. I was skeptical but she was honest about the challenges here and I can appreciate the transparency. Hopefully with the new changes she mentioned the property will be getting better
