    Rodneys attitude was awful. He wasnt trying to hear me out, as he was listening to rebuttal rather than understand and show compassion. I then was left to open my door to make sure he would leave immediately because i will not be gaslit in my home.

    Been a resident for over a year and I was excited to make this review once I transferred units but this transfer has been the worst experience by far. I LOVED this community. Maintenance is always amazing. I never had issues with neighbors, pest, or parking. The transfer process was so simple, and I submitted all documents over a month before my transfer date. On move in day, the key to the new unit was supposed to be loaded to my account automatically, but wasnt. I waited at the leasing office while Juan finished up with another guest who was touring. Once I got my chirp keys, I went to do a quick walk through before the movers came. I immediately noticed the place was unfinished but I was told the maintenance team was on call at another building and would be over later that day. Okay, no problem. I began to move everything in and waited until the office was open to make sure my request were put in. Upon checking my rent, I noticed an extra charge for a day of rent for the unit that I no longer lived in and was told I had to pay it anyway until it can be credited back for next month like wth? The ranges were missing from the stove, no oven light, no light in my bedroom closet, the bathtub has to be redone from a cracked tub, the bathroom faucet was unscrewed, and when I opened my blinds, a WORM fell out. I asked for pest control, and someone came in and put down mouse traps in my living room. How is a mouse trap in the living room preventing bugs coming out of the blinds??? I live alone and twice maintenance has just entered without texting or calling first. This morning I was in my room and heard a man in the living room and had to jump up and put on pants and see who it was. You should never be entering a womans apartment without notice. I requested the work to be done on my day off so theres plenty of time to communicate! I have been so patient, and havent raised my voice or gotten upset at any one individual about being moved into an unready unity when I could have stayed in my unit until this one was done. I am crying because I am so frustrated at the lack of concern and just passing the blame from person to person. Juan was amazing in my transfer process and his last day was my move in date so I cant hold him responsible for this, but the entire Camden community should have picked up the slack. The 2 stars would have been 5 if I only judged off my first year here, but this is so bad. Ill update if everything is handled by next week.

    The customer service from Neo and Juan (property manager) is very good, the same I can say about the maintenance team et.al. the only reason for the 4 out 5 is the discipline of the tenants lack of attempt to maintain the state of the facility and to me (im more strict) the lack of accountability vs the tenants (perception).
