        Initially I loved living at Park At Chastain. It was a very easy move in and the leasing office employees I thought were genuinely caring. Despite moving to these apartments when they were starting renovations and construction that started in January of 2023 and lasted the ENTIRE year. I knew the renovations would be happening when I moved in initially I had no complaints. Until I moved outI went out of my way to leave my apartment spotless, it looked as if anyone barely lived there. Park at chastain made up FALSE damages to charge me an additional $500.00 after moving out. This apartment does not know the difference between normal wear and tear and something that needs to be replaced. I never thought this would happen to me as the leasing/maintenance team acts so nice as if they really care about you and want to help you. I really encourage people to look elsewhere before moving here.
