Crest on Peachtree

If youre considering moving here just know that this place has been going downhill since new management took over. This is no longer a secure facility, as the 3rd and Peachtree ST entrance have been open to the public for the last 5 months. There is no security, despite once having professional security officers to maintain and patrol the facility each evening. Several women, myself included have been followed to their units at night by the strange men that camp out in the stairwells. When I brought this to their attention, the response was we are not responsible for insuring safety. The homeless people inhabit the common areas around 7PM and sleep in the lobby and computer room from Friday - Sunday evening. The hallways, stairwells, and building entrances reek of urine. There are no security cameras in the halls or stairwells, so God forbid anything happens. The facility carpets are not shampooed on a consistent basis, contributing to the putrid odor. The emergency number/courtesy officer request feature has failed to work when needed most, namely brawls braking out in the hallways, partying in the lobby, and mental unstable persons who pose a threat to themselves and others. I used to love living here and now each day becomes more and more dreadful. I cant wait for the property to be bought out by a company/people that care for the safety and well being of their residents instead of being driven solely by bonuses and numbers. The views, the walkability to shops - and social areas are the only things making me stay.

For starters, Im not a resident - but I lost some of my things nearby when visiting and the concierge, Patrick, was very kind in helping me look for my things around the complex. He even took my information in case it turned up. Very kind and helpful.

Im planning on moving to Georgia very soon and decided to start looking for a place. This apartment complex was recommended to me, and wow I love it. The leasing agent Mr Jaskin was very professional and kind! He answered all of my questions and made sure I was comfortable. Im fairly new and old to Atlanta ! The agent Jaskin was terrific, very friendly, and informative! Although I have not been back to ATL in a long while, when I arrived he made me feel right at home. He addressed all my questions and concerns in a finely manner, thank you again !
