The Oliver

The Oliver is a great place to live. Everything is within walking distance. The amenities are wonderful (pool, pool table, movie theater, etc). We are always having fun events. The staff is friendly and very helpful. You won't be disappointed if you move here.

Brandon and Carlos do a great job with maintenance. Update upon moving out: We were very happy with our time at the Oliver and would have stayed longer if we had not purchased a house. The maintenance staff are great and fix any problems quickly as well as keeping public areas clean. The staff we worked with (mainly Sean and Melanie) were responsive, polite, and understanding. Most of the residents were polite and we never had issues with people being overly loud. No bug issues, very few maintenance issues (which were quickly fixed), and nice people all around. The one drawback (for us) is the apartment is very close to marta/walmart which drew in a few sketchy characters to the areas around the apartment but nothing too crazy.

Maintenance Review - Brandon and Carlos came out to check my HVAC function, they quickly responded to the request, fixed the issue, even took time to explain how to best manage the Nest unit moving forward. Awesome experience for our first week at the Oliver!
