My roommate & I were getting extremely stressed when applying for a different apartment that was giving us a huge hassle. We were in desperate need of a place to go & the application process was so easy! We were approved within 30 mins! The staff was so friendly & responsive. Our leasing agent Dana is amazing! Thank you for all you do!!

I wanted to pop in and share how remarkable our maintenance team is and has always been. Someone give Julian a raise because hes truly amazing. He works diligently whenever I put in a work order and goes above and beyond. My boyfriend happened to be over my place when Julian arrived. Both of them being Atlanta natives were able to connect fairly quickly without any awkwardness as I was doing work.
I give 3 stars because the complex has gone a bit downhill (cleanliness wise) since Ive been here 2 years now.
I think the manager, Austin is a good human being and has come through for me a few times. I just dont think hes as strict as the other manager, Emily, that was here.
We no longer have the lady that used to clean the carpets and bathroom everyday.
Rent has gone up tremendously and one would think the upkeep would improve but this Camden is unkept .
I am thankful for the people in the office. Theyre all kind and always seem open to help with things Ive had serious concerns about.
