        Internet is consistent incredibly bad please fix

        My son moved in today. Day one, broken blinds, missing sofa, missing drip pan for the stove, broken vanity. For what I am paying, the list needs to stop at one. Overall apartment is good. Update: It has been a week now and they still don't have blinds or a sofa.

        Word of caution: You WILL regularly get absolutely terrible internet speeds in this apartment. The speedtest below was taken around lunchtime. In case the photo doesn't load (because of course the internet at SQ5 would struggle to load a 100kb jpeg), it says 0.40 up, 94 down. Not 40. Nor 4.0. 0.40. Not even 1 mbps.
