Moved in 5 months ago- just got a new neighbor above me 3 months ago- been reporting him smoking weed all day in the home and it coming into my home. I hear him coughing in the bedroom and been reporting to the office. They said will do an investigation but 3 weeks went by and no response. I emailed them I want out of my lease and then got a response only then. I've been complaining for 2 months now and they still do nothing.
I work from home and also have severe asthma. This weed smoke has caused me breathing issues and missed days at work . I told office they do not care and tell me to just call non-emergency police. They will not respond when you need anything and I would not rent at these places again.
I told them they have not upheld their lease at all for saying it's a smoke free building and should let me out of my apartment fee's. How can I live here when it is affecting my health? I am outraged at how insensitive the apartments can be.
They asked me if I wanted to switch units but why would I want to switch units when you do not take care of problems. I want out of these apartments who do not care bout people but just pay your rent and make other people rich.
Look for another apartment complex who its supportive when you need help - run away and do not sign here at all. You will regret signing here and will count the days you out of your lease or try to break your lease for the awful apartments. CARS GETTING BROKEN INTO!!!!
Have the time the gates are broken too so anyone can come in and security is not the greatest here - so safety is a big concern as well. DO NOT MOVE HERE OR TOUR THE PLACE!!! THEY JUST WANT YOU IN THE DOOR AND THEN DONT CARE ONCE YOU SIGN CONTRACT.

First and foremost, the additional fees charged by Willow West were exorbitant and completely unjustified.Furthermore, the condition of the property itself was appalling. The apartment was riddled with maintenance issues, including leaky faucets, malfunctioning appliances, and a persistent mold infestation. Despite numerous complaints to management, these issues were never adequately addressed, leaving me to endure a substandard living environment throughout my stay.To make matters worse, the complex is plagued by rampant security concerns. Car break-ins are a common occurrence, and the lack of proper security measures only exacerbates the problem. I felt constantly on edge and unsafe, with no reassurance from management that steps were being taken to address these alarming security issues.
