Terrible. Rent was supposed to be $1285/month. I was misled and now paying $1450/month (which doesn't include gas and electric). It's noisy, a water pipe broke in my wall-flooded my apt, my hot water tank broke twice, my water pressure in the kitchen sink has been low since the water tank broke in May and still hasn't been fixed. The apartment is not worth the money and aggravation. - From a verified resident on ApartmentRatings

I lived here from 08/2019-08/2020, and it was the worst apartment I have ever lived in. I purchased the apartment virtually (which I will never do again) because I was moving from NC. When I arrived, the photos online showed their "new renovations" but the buildings themselves were old. I lived on the first floor. There was consistent structural problems with my location and unit. When it rained, my front door and patio frequently flooded to the improper run off system on the building. The front and patio door consistently let in dust and bugs because the door was not properly hinged on the frame. The toilet was not properly installed and moved when you sat on it. The shower had terrible water pressure. The dishwasher collected mold multiple times and had to be cleaned out and fixed by maintenance. When the pandemic lockdown started in March, I was in NC visiting family. I stayed until June. Upon my return, a pipe had burst under the sink and I found that mold had taken over my kitchen. On my move out date, a storm passed through Atlanta and another pipe burst in my closet and ruined my clothes. The company did not return my deposit because I did not remove the materials ruined by the storm. The location and surrounding neighborhood is great, but I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.

I lived here for almost 2 1/2 years. I no longer live here due to increasing and mandatory fees. The following review was my perspective while living here: The units are older (expect some wear and tear,) so you will need to be vigilant that the apartment is taken care of (bugs, some leaks, general maintenance..the usual apt low-down). Quick access to most shopping centers and amenities, close to 85 as well. A negative I have is I do not like the con-service fee, which bundles your water, trash, and internet. It tacks on about $200 a month to the bill and that is why I will not be renewing my lease. I don't feel like the apartment maintenance and upgrades are keeping up with the escalating rent, but this area is known for higher rent so take it with a grain of salt.
