        Lived here for 3 years. Enjoyed it for a while and location was great. Its definitely dated inside now. The garage door was constantly broken. They never could get their pool inspected in time for Memorial Day every year I was there it could never open til June. My main issue is that I had to break my lease and I was told that if I paid my lease in full then as soon as my unit was rented to someone else that I would be refunded the months it was rented to me and the new tenant. Fast forward and now they are refusing to refund the duration it is leased to myself and another tenant. Which turns out is illegal. Management here is not helpful at all. Do not move here there are far better options in the same area now.

        Nicholas was a fine host. He gave us ample time to explore, answered all questions thoroughly & thoughtfully, and gave neighborhood suggestions for us to venture to after leaving property. I enjoyed the tour, and the property. Thank you!

        I've lived here for almost 3 years and enjoy living here. It is a bit pricey to live here solo (without a roommate), but the property is new and the amenities are top-notch. Maintenance is here within 24-48h for routine issues.
