Elan Powers Ferry

I was referred to the Elan by a family member that has absolutely loved living at the Elan the past six months since it opened. Mr. John McClinton was my leasing consultant and he was excellent. This is my first apartment post college and graduate school and John made the process so easy and his transparency about things was incredible. Ive had a great experience with the Elan prospecting and with the application process. Im looking forward to being a resident soon!

Ive been living at Elan Powers Ferry since October and love my new home. Nolan was so informative during our virtual tour and Ishma and Paul have been so awesome answering any questions and keeping us up to date on the exciting things happening around the property. Because its a new property, they continue to add new amenities and events and its only made living there so much more enjoyable. Love the location, nearby trails, and neighbors. If you are looking for a unique apartment near the city and close to the Battery, Elan Powers Ferry is worth checking out!

I absolutely love it here. I am a current resident and have been since the end of February 2022. Its mostly because the staff is so friendly and willing to help. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM are pleasant. The apartments are beautiful, and the grounds are kept clean and maintained. The only thing that i don't like is the new parking rules for visitors. Don't think enough people park in our garage for games enough to set up this paid parking system. Other than that, this place cant be beat!

From the first time ever dealing with Elan Powers Ferry. The representative Paul has made it very easy for me to see why I would want to live hear. His customer service has been top notch in assisting me in finding the right place for me. Since that time John and Norman has been top notch in there service in assisting me make Elan my home. From there customer service to the handling in problems that I might had since moving in. There maintenance team has been A-1 service, with little or no time for me waiting on anything. It is truly a beautiful place to live, and call home. If you are looking to be in the center of everything. Then check out Elan of powers ferry. You will make it your home.

5 stars all the way around one of the best places I have lived in, not one complaint!! The staff is very responsive and helpful, the only flaw they need more handicapped parking not every level has a space.
