Can you fix the gate? Im not sure the last time we had a full month without gate issues. Maybe now you can afford a reliable system with the new guest parking fees you are charging.

this place is for the ghetto. do not live here!!! every package i order here gets stolen; my friends have had their cars broken into; the gate is always broken; & the apartments themselves get broken into. there’s no security and the leasing staff (all of them specifically) are super unfriendly, dismissive, and rude with any of these complaints and concerns. also fyi - that light on the left corner out of the leasing office gets backed up all the way past the leasing office all the time and takes at least 10 minutes to get through :)

I took a tour of the apartments here and fell in love. The office staff was friendly and welcoming, if it weren't for my jobs relocating me I would have leased here. The pool area is probably the best part.

I have lived here for several months and residents are VERY loud in the garage as well as on their balcony. There are very obviously airbnbs in many units. If you look at the app you will see at least 9. People that do not live here have access to our package room and mail room? These airbnbs need to be shut down.
