Run in the opposite direction.See that all the new 'positive' reviews are about the staff? They're falsely inflating their rating trying to hide the true ones. Elevators are constantly down, they blame the pandemic and their 'vendors'. Animal waste in the hallways. Inexperienced/poorly motivated maintenance with an even poorer communication system. Management changes constantly and has no experience in property management. Their corporate office attitude is even worse than the managers, so you see the culture of the company. Google MAA and lawsuits as well as murders on their property; you'll see their PR statement after crimes on their properties.
