        I went to to the office to request assistance in regards to my ac. Josh Cheatham gave me immediate assistance. He was polite and very knowledgeable. He was able to get the ac back up in running in no time. I am very grateful for his assistance and would give him more stars if I could.

        My balcony door was coming off of its hinges and I was unable to close it. Josh who works for the maintenance team came in and was very helpful and nice. He made quick work of reinstalling the door into the hinges and was out of here in no time. Truly a big help!
