My home sweet home away from home is made even sweeter by the wonderful staff at this property--manager, assistant manager, & leasing agent! This team is amazing. They are super friendly, highly energetic, and super helpful. At the ready, they are willing to respond to your needs/concerns ASAP. And let me not forget, this dynamic trio gives the best social hour parties!!! The manager here is super cool!

Recently moved and it was bittersweet because I have never lived anyplace where the office staff is both understanding and compassionate as long as you are respectful and HONEST. Does grab like up Yes is it outrageous NO. Because it happens mostly on the weekends In regards to the negative reviews some of them folks never moved in As far as my experience I enjoyed my time there and on another note maintainance was prompt and security was always visible

How dare you SARAH AND MARQUIS send out $400 collection debt out to my record to ruin my perfect credit when that money was due back to us when we no longer wanted the apartment. What a jealous weird move, go to hell. BE AWARE OF THE SCAM BEFORE MOVING HERE.

Me and my girlfriend got approved on the 01/23/24 for a 1 bedroom/ 1 bath here. Unfortunately we were told that it would be a studio instead of what we applied for but still we were willing to work it out. Marquis and I set an appointment to view the studio for Saturday 01/27/24 however when I arrived, I was told that there were not to be any leasing agents available until the following Monday. We called multiple times throughout the week, leaving voicemails and did not receive an answer or callback to inform us beforehand. This was a huge inconvenience as I don't have a car so I had to waste money to get there and back home plus I work a full time job on the weekdays which was why I scheduled on the weekend. Regardless we called on Monday and Tuesday, now the phone was out of service. Keep in mind we were supposed to move in on that Wednesday and we still hadn't seen the place. So I had to find an email from past reviews to contact them to let them know that I would be opting out of moving in their apartments. That's when I finally received a response. We were originally told that we would not receive our $350 back but after my girlfriend explained what happened then Marquis said that we would receive our $350 back in 3-5 business days which hasn't come. I even called my back on the 6th day and they told me that their wasn't a refund in process of being returned. This was a horrible experience and I would advise people to stay away from this apartment.
