        I toured Maa Midtown this week with Ari and had the best experience! She is so kind and answered all the necessary questions needed before move in. She made the tour enjoyable and is a great reflection of the apartment complex!

        We have lived at the MAA Midtown for 2 years and have absolutely loved our time here. The leasing office, front desk and maintenance teams were always so kind and made it feel like a home. Our apartment was huge compared to other competing apts in the neighborhood and the walkability cant be beat. Will truly miss the MAA and its amazing team!

        MAA midtown are really nice apartment, but when it comes to yourself, they dont give a shit about you. I paid for parking I had a F150 to use for moving my things and I let them know it hangs out my parking spot too far. I dont want anyone to hit it. ask can I park in future resident parking or another bigger parking space I was told no so I parked on side of the street in front of the MAA free parking and my window got smashed out and my belongings was stolen. Never thought a nice community like this would happen, but the staff is horrible and do not care about you. Only care about getting their rent money Even you pay for parking and have a bigger vehicle I was told it wasnt their problem.

        Review based on virtual tour: Let me start by saying I don't live here, this is based on my virtual tour. I was that annoying person that called right when they opened, I was greeted by Ar'Riel who couldn't have been more friendly and professional. I had requested some details on a specific unit and not only did she send me a video tour shortly after we got off the phone, she also sent another video of a different floorplan that she thought I'd like. Which I fell in love with as well.I appreciate how prompt Ar'Riel was, she listened to exactly what I needed and I couldn't have been happier with this exchange. MAA made it to the top of my list and I hope to visit in a few months closer to my moving timeline. Thank you!
