We toured MAA Midtown about a week ago. Although we have not decided on a place, Sky was an absolute treasure when showing us the property. We did not have an appointment, but she was so willing to give us the time to see all the aspects of the building. I had to write a review as this was not the case at the majority of properties we visited in the area. There was one floorplan that we really wanted to see. Zillow had the wrong details, and without Sky we probably wouldn't still be considering the property. She listened and helped redirect us to something that would work. While we were in a unit one of the maintenance staff was finishing it up. He had the best attitude and helped point out that we could see the Falcons stadium with the firework shows , and see the GA tech football games in the distance. The staff seems to be amazing, which is really important to an overall great living experience.
