Gables Vinings Village

I am surprised to see such low rating for Gables as I have enjoyed my time living here so much especially with the relationship I have built with the leasing office especially Alexis. I recently had the pleasure of working with Alexis, an exceptional leasing office agent at Gables. Her professionalism, knowledge, and outstanding customer service made the process seamless and enjoyable. Here's why I highly recommend this agent: Alexis is very knowledgeable and informative. She gives a thorough understanding of the property and provides detailed information, answering all my questions. She is very prompt! She had my renewal for my lease the same day I requested it. She makes me feel valued, assures me that my needs were a top priority and that she had my best interest. Alexis's commitment to outstanding customer service was remarkable. Renting was made easy with her guidance through paperwork and detailed explanations of terms and conditions. Alexis's positive demeanor and professionalism created an inviting atmosphere, making the experience enjoyable and stress-free. I highly recommend working with her as her cheerful personality will make your move in to Gables very smooth!

If I could give negative zero stars... I would... This has got to be the worst experience of applying for an apartment ever. They use VERO Leasing for their rental application work flow process. I was never able to completely submit my application on VERO Leasing system interface > meaning I could not submit my application, my application was NEVER submitted to apply for the apartment, due to an error received while on VERO Leasing system. I received a call from Jason, the Property Manager at Gables Vinings Village stating my application was denied but the application was never submitted. There was no explanation. This absolutely makes no sense! Jason even seemed appalled by the process! Well I have a 100 fold explanation called "Redlining" Systemic Racism. My credit score has never been lower than the 700's period (or as low as they claim). This is not ok Gable Vinings Village or the underlying discrimination rental application processing company Gable Vinings Village use VERO Leasing. I've rented and own many properties. Gable Vinings Village issue these types of stipulations, of denial based on "an application" I know was NEVER submitted due to receiving an error from VERO Leasing Workflow applicatioin processing interface which I sent a copy of the error the leasing consultant, Alexis. Jason, the Property Manager even said himself, how could it be a denial when the submission of the application never happened. I've been in IT more than 20+ years and I've never seen such poorly ran workflow system than VERO Leasing and an apartment like Gable Vinings Village using them. Likewise, Gable Vinings use PLAID whom has been sued in a class action lawsuit for seemingly how they handle data once they access your banking information. So Gable Vinings Property Manager, Jason reached out to VERO Leasing claiming there was a work around for submission of banking information... well apparently there was not. Both Gable Vinings Village and VERO Leasing are the worst of the worst PERIOD or maybe it's just the "Modern Day Redlining, Systemic Racism" at it's lowest. Stay away from both...

I've been trying to get my admin fee returned after not being approved by management to move here. I have proof that I make enough to get approval. Then I asked my sister to go sign .. she makes over a million a year and they told me the apt was rented. I did all of this in one day. After that they said I would get a refund for the 300 dollar admin fee. It never came. I called and they said the address on file was wrong. I gave them the correct address and still nothing. It's been a couple of months and now Noone will call me back or follow up.. they definitely discriminate at this place and then pass the buck when you try to run down your money. Just like the other reviews said. Poor management
