Rental staff is rude, maintenance staff is lazy, property is literally falling apart.

6 months ago I was happy to live here. I was loving the experience but that was before I knew that it's infested with roaches living it the walls it takes forever for them to take care of work orders😡 my refrigerator was out for 2 weeks. Ceiling it master bath leaks every time upstairs neighbors take a bath. And now yesterday at 5:50pm kitchen cabinets fell off wall no light in kitchen or dining room because of it. I attempted to call rent office because they close at 6pm no one answered the phone. These apartments are nowhere near worth what they're charging per month

Never moved in because the property management is incompetent. They have extremely horrible policies that need to be fixed. If you are in your 20-30 range, this is debatably the worst place to apply to live. Because we were relocating from a different state, they expected us to prove that we had $118,000 saved up to move into this, what seems to be, garbage apartment complex. There were many other problems with policies, but this is the one that stood out to me the most. Ridiculous.

When I moved in there is a lot of the water in my room and the first. Day we reported it and now I can see discoloration where the water is at looks like mold and is a health risk donor rent at these apartments very trash reported 3 times and they don’t care if the mold speared more I will simply let it cause the damage afterwards will be problem and I will expect c to be paid for living in a unhealthy environment
